Description

Owner's Project Manager. Boston Collegiate Charter School is undertaking envelope repair/repointing and window replacement at its 215 Sydney campus in Dorchester, MA. Concurrently, it is undertaking envelope repair/repointing and an upgrade to its mechanical systems at its 11 Mayhew campus in Dorchester. The work will be phased dependent on impact on school schedule at both locations. OPM will manage designer selection process, design review, evaluation of mechanical options and scope, bidding, permitting, budgeting, schedule management and construction administration.
