Light Construction Services

Provide light construction services throughout our service area. long term contract for light construction activities as detailed below. The vendor will be responsible for all materials, equipment, testing and permits required for the work requested below. All scope items will be required to follow the appropriate City of Austin specifications. Scope items will be broken out into divisions to follow City of Austin specifications; Earthwork, Concrete Structures, Pipe and Appurtenance, Environmental Enhancement, Incidental Construction, Urban Transportation, PARD, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing, and other miscellaneous. 1. Environmental investigations are not currently included in the scope. 2. Any investigation and remediation of possible hazardous waste, asbestos, lead paint, underground storage tanks, or other types of contamination are not included in the scope. 3. It is assumed construction contractor will obtain and pay for all permits for the project. 4. It is assumed no Professional Services are included in this scope.
