Description

All bids rejected by city The project is located in the Southbridge Business Park, south of Sioux Gateway Airport and includes paving Alicia Avenue from 225th Street south to the rail yard, directly east of the Cold Link Development, totaling approximately 2,500 linear feet of paving including a culde-sac at the south end. The road is currently gravel surfaced. Improvements to the road are grading, including ditch construction, storm sewer utility improvements and concrete paving (urban and rural sections). A left turn lane for westbound traffic on 225th Street is to be included as part of the improvements. As of July 11, 2023, no new information available
