Road and Parking Improvements to Harris Shoals Park

The removal, repair, and construction of vehicular pathways, parking, and pedestrian pathways and landscaping in accordance with the Master Plan for Harris Shoals Park which is located within the city limits of the City of Watkinsville, Georgia. All work shall be to the Georgia Department of Transportation specifications. The City of Watkinsville is requesting proposals for the above referenced project. Prior to award of the contract, the successful proposers will be required to submit a construction schedule to the City, demonstrating the proposer's ability to commence and proceed in a timely manner and to enable the City to provide timely public notification of work in the right-of-way and any temporary traffic control or lane closures. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals, to evaluate proposals, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be for the best interest of the Owner. Owner has the right to add or delete from the contract once it has been awarded. Award, if award is made, will be to the most responsive, responsible proposer.
