Parks Building Improvements

The City is looking to construct site improvements to the parking lot, landscaping, security fence and lot lights and structural additions to the maintenance bay and office building at our Parks Facility. The City is looking for a design/build proposal that will complete the building additions design, permitting, site construction and all building construction necessary for a 100% operational turnkey facility. Maintenance Bay addition to be a 30’ x 60’ steel building with 12’ tall, 12’ wide bay lift doors on the South and North side of building, and one 7’-2” tall 3’-4” wide access door on the East side of the building as shown in proposed configuration drawing, concrete foundation meeting code with an interior slab.
