General contractors for the demolition of the existing locker room building, and the construction of a new athletics building (the “Project”) at the premises known as Glastonbury High School and located at 330 Hubbard Street, Glastonbury, CT 06033. The Project will include the following: The demolition of the existing locker room building (4,000 SF) and all associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing within the existing building, and the construction of a new locker room building (8,500 SF) which includes a new restroom and ticket sales area in the same location of the existing demolished building.
