The work under this contract consists generally of general sitework construction, removal, concrete and steel rehabilitation, supplemental strand inside truss, post-tensioning strands, signage, carpentry, painting, electrical, electronics, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and life safety systems, glass and glazing, tile work, expansion joint replacement, wearing course improvement, maintenance of traffic and related work at the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the vicinity thereof in New York, New York, all as directed by Engineer and in accordance with Work Order(s) issued by the Engineer For questions, call Peter Penaflor at (212) 435-4636 or email ppenaflor@panynj.gov.
