Description

As of August 16th, 2022 this project will begin in the next few weeks. Okland construction invites you to bid the DESB Prosperity and Impact Epicenter project. We are seeking contractors to bid aggregate piers. This project is anticipated to be a 280,000 SF facility combining both student housing and office space under one roof. Project drawings are at a DD level of development. All parking costs will need to be covered by the subcontractor. On site storage is not available. The selected contractor will help provide design input for design meetings. All escalation is to be included in your pricing. See detail project schedule in the project documents.
