Elevator Upgrade

Replacement and/or upgrading of the elevator equipment, and associated controls and components as necessary to provide a complete working system; serving the two existing to remain elevators. The project site is the Franklin Towers, 10-story multi-family apartment building, located 50 White Street, Tarrytown, New York. Upgrades to electrical, lighting, fire alarm, telephone, and life safety systems to meet state and local code, or other functional requirements, are to be included in the bid.

Division 14 -	Conveying Equipment, Operation and Maintenance of Conveying Equipment, Operation and Maintenance of Elevators, Elevators, Elevator Equipment and Controls.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
