Description | **As of September 9, 2022, all bids rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Building 56 Improvements Renovating the first floor private offices, common space, lab, breakroom and restrooms into a larger lab, larger private offices and open office area with workstations and new restroom/locker rooms. The basement restroom /locker rooms will be updated to (2) unisex restrooms and a new conference room. The remaining basement offices, mechanical and storage spaces are to remain as-is. All structural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work to be included as required to complete the work in all renovation areas. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, materials and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The above referenced project description includes items that are part of the Itemized Base Bid. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications pertaining to the Itemized Base Bid, regardless of the installation method chosen. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals. This project consists of renovating the first floor private offices, common space, lab, breakroom and restrooms into a larger lab, larger private offices, large open office area with workstations and new restroom/locker rooms. The basement restroom/locker rooms and (1) office will be renovated into (2) unisex restrooms and a new conference room.
