Description | As of 5/5/23 No bids received for this project. CITY OF WADSWORTH 2022-2023 Sidewalk Repair Program Furnishing of All Necessary Labor, Materials and Equipment to Perform and Complete the 2022-2023 Sidewalk Repair Program. The Work Covered by the Plans and Specifications Includes Furnishing All Labor, Equipment and the Noted Material to Accomplish the Removal and Reconstruction Of 4" and 6" Sidewalk and Curb Ramps at Various Locations Within the City's 2022-2023 Sidewalk Repair Program Limits. This improvement must attain Substantial Completion by September 29, 2023. All Bidders Must Be Qualified by Experience And Properly Equipped to Complete the Work Specified in the Time Allotted. Each Bidder Shall Be Required to File With Its Bid, The Following: 1. A Bid Guarantee in the Form of Either: A. A Bond in Substantially The Form Set Forth in Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State Of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. Said Bond Shall Be The Full Amount of the Bid, Or B. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit Pursuant to Chapter1305 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Amount of The Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit Shall Equal 10% of The Full Amount of the Bid And the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Submit a Bond in the Form Provided In Section 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code in Conjunction With the Execution Of the Contract. Said Bond Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio To Provide Said Surety. 2. A Non-collusion Affidavit 3. A Statement of Bidder Resources and Experience Bidders Must Comply With The Prevailing Wage Rates On Public Improvements in Medina County, Ohio as Determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Bureau. Domestic Steel Use Requirements as Specified in Section 153.011 of the Ohio Revised Code Can Be Obtained From the Offices of The Department of Administrative Services. No Bidder May Withdraw a Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof Except as Provided In Section 9.31 of the Ohio Revised Code. The City of Wadsworth Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Irregularities Therein. Multiple Locations Are Available In This Project.
