Description Provide all shop, labor, materials, equipment, debris/trash removal and supervision to clean, chase and fill cracks, seal coat and restripe parking lot 1. Properly clean and dry all cracks by wire brushing, air blasting or sandblasting to ensure proper adhesion of crack filler. 2. Fill all cracks using industry standard material and procedures 3. After the crack chase and curing process, thoroughly clean the entire lot of trash, debris and sediment before applying seal coat. 4. Seal coat all currently paved areas. 5. Remove four existing parking bumpers and replace with new, concrete, high impact bumpers. 6. Temporary "Lighted" barriers must be placed around prepared areas prior to leaving site at end of day. Barriers will be in place during the work day, only to the extent necessary to protect contractor personnel and to preclude traffic intrusion. In case of road closure, signage will be provided to direct traffic to an alternate pattern
