Valley View/ Coburn Boiler Replacement Project

Valley View-coburn Schools Boiler Replacement Bid(5%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%), Certified Check All services are to be completed by 11/01/2023 Bidders are strongly encouraged to personally inspect the existing site conditions at the pre-bid meeting and prior to bid submission to become thoroughly acquainted with the requirements of this bid. The District will not accept responsibility for a bidder's failure to inspect the facilities/sites. Question Deadline 09/07/2023 at 10:00 AM ET Refer to Project Manual for Project Scope These projects will be bid separately per location. Following the bid opening, the district will decide whether or not it is financially feasible to complete the proposed projects at both locations. All methods should be included in the base bids. It is the responsibility of the contractor to develop means to remove and install boilers at the proposed locations. i. Please ensure you have developed (and included) ancillary costs such as additional roof and/or carpentry work that may need completed for complete removal/ installation. ii. All roofing at the Valley View location is currently under warranty through WTI/Tremco and all flashing and repairs must be made through a certified technician to maintain those warranties. iii. All areas must be restored to pre-existing conditions upon project completion
