Aspen Ridge Norfolk Drive

This Phase 1 project includes construction of approximately 1,400 feet of asphalt roadway widening from unimproved conditions to 4-lanes with concrete curb and gutter. The project also includes driveways, approximately 3,550 linear feet of sidewalk, approximately 3,550 linear feet of curb and gutter, approximately 1,000 linear feet of storm sewer and associated inlets and manholes, 150 linear feet of Arch RCP with associated headwalls, approximately 3,300 linear feet of new waterline, approximately 1,100 linear feet of sanitary sewer line with associated manholes, and installation of a new four-way traffic signal for a new intersection at Norfolk Drive and Aspen Avenue. The signal poles and mast arms for the new signals are to be provided by others. The project shall also include all miscellaneous items required to assemble and install the aforementioned signal poles and mast arms including; excavation, foundations, wiring, and attached signal appurtenances and signage. The signal pole and mast arm materials shall be delivered to the project site on Norfolk Drive along Aspen Avenue between New Orleans Street and the Creek Turnpike in Broken Arrow, OK.
