| Description | Removal of all exterior insulation finish system (EIFS) sheathing, and light-gauge framing fascia, frieze board and soffit at the Hebron Station. Prep and paint all suspended structural steel tubing. Remove metal panel at beam ends up to riveted connection. Remove and salvage gutters and install new flashing at roof. Reconnect gutters to plumbing pipe and ensure proper drainage. Install new FRP panel to replace EIFS. The add alternate is to perform the same work at the MedPark Station. |
