Description

Correct deficiencies identified in the geotechnical and pavement condition reports, including removing and replacing the asphalt surface (“Process, Place & Compact” – recycling method to process existing asphalt and base material and re-compact for a strong base), install 3 inches of new asphalt pavement. Remove and replace targeted concrete infrastructure (curb, gutters, sidewalk, driveways and ADA curb ramps to improve drainage and ADA accessibility). Install street light conduit. Replace gas and water system: 8” Waterlines and 2” & 4” gas lines in the roads, all new gas and water service laterals, and 2 Pressure Reducing Valve Replacements. Budget breakdown: Roadway Budget – $1,687,000, Utility CIP Budget – $1,400,000, Total Budget - $3,087,000.
