Description

Remove rear steps and hand rail. Replace steps with treated stringers, risers, and treads. Minimum 3 stringers for steps. Handrail both sides. Tear out front concrete steps. Build new wood steps out of treated. Handrail both sides. Must meet IRC2015 code, quantity-2. Install new rain cap on furnace flu. Wrap 2 doors and all wood around the windows with aluminum coil stock. Caulk coil to existing siding with Quad caulk to match coil. Install new white aluminum soffit and Fascia on all overhangs. Install new metal corners on missing courses.
