| Description | Remove the old Fire Alarm Control Panel from service and install the new Fire Alarm Control Panel with surge suppression during the summer months. Peripheral devices and zones may be changed out to new addressable style during nights and weekends after the summer break if the entire system cannot be changed out before the start of the 2021 / 2022 (August 1, 2021) school year. After the start of the new school year (August 1, 2021), all existing conventional style zones MUST be kept active by means of interfacing contact monitor or smoke detector monitor modules between the existing conventional style zones and new addressable panel. At no time may any zones be disabled / inactive during student / staff occupation of the campus. |
