Description The project is anticipated to start May, 2019, and consists generally of the construction of a new single story 16,728 gross square build to suit facility office annex building, the interior renovations of the existing adjacent office building, and all related site improvements for Polk County Roads and Drainage. The scope of work shall include, without limitation: construction layout, certified as-built drawings, site work construction, site utilities, fencing and automatic slide gates, landscape, sod, irrigation, concrete, termite soil treatment, masonry, miscellaneous steel fabrication, Architectural millwork, rough carpentry, sound and thermal insulation, weather barriers, fireproofing, joint sealants, aluminum storefront entrances and windows, glass and glazing, solar tube lights, hollow metal doors and frames, solid core wood doors, finish hardware, counter shutter, operable panel partition, cement stucco, light gauge and cold form metal framing, drywall, painting, acoustical ceilings, linear metal ceilings, tiling, tile carpet, resilient flooring, resilient base, signs and letters, toilet compartments, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, flagpoles, roller window shades, aluminum walkway covers, pre-engineered metal building package system with insulated roof and wall panels, pre-engineered metal building system erection, fire sprinkler protection, plumbing, HVAC, emergency generator, communication/data systems, addressable fire alarm system and electrical.
