Plans call for five new storage buildings. They will range in size from 7,200 square-feet to 10,395 square-feet. As of January 2023, the project is in the early planning stages, and received approval from the City of Pella. No further plans or applications have been submitted for review at this time. Information regarding the general contractor has not been disclosed.
