| Description | Annual service and maintenance of 613 Fire extinguishers. The Agreement shall be in effect for one (1) year from date of award. The College reserves the right to renew the Agreement for one (1) additional one (1) year term, subject to acceptable performance by the Contractor and price identified herein. At the end of any contract term, the College reserves the right to extend this contract for a period of up to ninety (90) days for the purpose of getting a new contract in place. |
