| Description | The Contractor shall demolish the Winslow Inn Hotel complex upon completion of the ACM Removal and Abatement phase. The selected firm will enter into and negotiate fixed-price contract with HTHA utilizing NAHASDA funds and regulations of the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) This invitation is not restricted to Indian organizations or Indian Owned Economic Enterprises; however, the bid award will be in accordance with 24CFR 1000.48 and 1000.52 which allows a preference to bona-fide Indian Organizations or enterprises.
