Ultium 3 Battery Plant Bid Package 1 - Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements

**As of November 29, 2022, project was awarded to Dunigan Bros., Inc, awarded amount is $8,121,732.50.** 1. The principal items of work consist of the following: a. Schedule A: Construction of approximately 400 lineal feet of 24-inch water main via open excavation along Mt. Hope Highway and 750 feet of 24-inch water main via directional drilling crossing under I-96, and associated valves, fittings, and other appurtenances. b. Schedule B: Construction of approximately 7,680 lineal feet of 20-inch water main via open excavation or directional drilling from Delta Townships GM booster station located south of Millett Highway to the proposed Ultium 3 Battery Plant facility north of Davis Highway, 260 lineal feet of 16-inch water main via open excavation, 470 lineal feet of 20-inch water main directionally drilled under RE Olds Drive and GM entrance north of Davis Highway, and associated valves, fittings, and other appurtenances. c. Schedule C: Construction of approximately 7,590 lineal feet of 10-inch sanitary force main via open excavation or directional drilling from Delta Townships GM pump station located south of Millett Highway to proposed Ultium 3 Battery Plant facility north of Davis Highway, 60 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary force main via open excavation, 380 lineal feet of 10-inch sanitary force main directionally drilled under RE Olds Drive and GM entrance drive north of Davis Highway, and associated valves, fittings, and other appurtenances. d. Schedule D: Construction of approximately 870 lineal feet of 20-inch water main via open excavation or directional drilling from Delta Townships GM booster station located south of Millett Highway to Deltas existing Millett Tower water tank north of Millett Highway, 160 lineal feet of 20-inch water main directionally drilled under Millett Highway, 160 lineal feet of 16-inch water main on the Millett Tower site, and associated valves, fittings and other appurtenances. e. Schedule E: Construction of approximately 2,550 lineal feet of 12-inch directionally drilled force main and 590 lineal feet of 12-inch open excavated force main running north from Delta Townships GM pump station and east along Millett Highway, crossing under I-96 to Canal Road. Construction of 150 lineal feet of 12-inch gravity main in 36-inch steel casing, jack and bored under Canal Road. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.
