| Description | The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the demolition and installation associated with the Roof Replacement Project at Phoenix (PHX) Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR) located 53 miles northeast of Phoenix, AZ near Humboldt Mountain. There are two buildings at the site; Electronic Equipment (with Office area and Engine Generator Room), and Living Quarters. The scope of this project only pertains to re-roofing the Electronic Equipment Room with Office area and Engine Generator Room, and the attached overhang roofs. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roofing membrane and materials, checking for leaks and repairing as found, and installing new roofing membrane, vapor barrier, insulation, roof cover board, installing new flashing, gutters, downspouts. Prior to installation, all material shall be reviewed and accepted by a FAA representative. | ||
