| Description | The Park Hall Project Scope includes installing a gypsum underlayment along with new carpet flooring in the entire suite. This will require demolition of the existing flooring, abatement of the existing mastic, and selective removal for re-installation of millwork and countertops to accommodate the flooring work. All partitions are to remain in place, with the lower portions to be modified in place to accommodate the installation of the gypsum underlayment. Existing doors to either be braced and re-adjusted in place, or removed and rehung based on contractor option. Gypsum drywall, finish painting, and caulking as necessary to restore in kind required to finish the space within disturbed areas. |
