RFP Engineering - Bait and Tackle Shop at Cape Henlopen Fishing Pier

The State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Parks and Recreation (DNREC), seeks professional services for a Vendor to provide management and operational service of a public fishing center and bait & tackle shop located at the Cape Henlopen Fishing Pier. This request for proposals (RFP) is issued pursuant to 29 Del Deadline for Questions Due Wednesday, Thursday, January 12, 2023 Response to Questions Posted Thursday January 19, 2023 Estimated Notification of Award Wednesday, March 1, 2023 DNREC is seeking a qualified and competent Vendor to operate a public fishing center to include bait and tackle sales for the general public at the Fishing Pier located in Cape Henlopen State Park with an anticipated commencement date of March 15, 2023 Each proposal will have a cover letter on the letterhead of the company or organization submitting the proposal. The cover letter must briefly summarize the Vendor's ability to provide the services specified in the RFP. The cover letter shall be signed by a representative who has the legal capacity to enter the organization into a formal contract with the State. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
