Description

Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to obtain Design Services for the design of the project more clearly defined below. The project will be constructed using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method, to include multiple GMP’s, budgeted from multiple budget years and from multiple funding sources. The exact number of GMP’s will be established from the ultimate Project Site Master Plan document generated from paragraph 2 below. Elements of the project will include but not limited to the following: A. Service Area Water Master Plan and Design Report B. Site layout for a 19 MGD Water Treatment Facility. However, Phase I is anticipate to only include up to 6 MGD. C. Locate new potable well sites D. Drill new wells E. Re-drill existing wells F. Reverse rotary well construction G. Offsite piping H. Onsite piping I. Above ground storage tanks J. Booster Pumps K. Hydro pneumatic tanks L. Arsenic treatment M. Reverse Osmosis treatment N. Wastewater treatment loading, solids and effluent analysis O. APS power service P. Chlorination facilities Q. SCADA
