Description

The general description of work to be performed under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, selective site demolition including protection of majority of existing trees to remain; excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soils from a portion of the site not previously remediated; installation and alteration of drainage systems and utilities; installation of pavements, site furnishings, and fixtures including required electrical systems; substantial planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, and lawn areas; and construction of raised intersection and crosswalks in roadway.
