Granting of a Concession Agreement for the maintenance and operation of a Bait Camp and Food and Beverage Refreshment Concession at the Hitchcock Boat Ramp, located adjacent to the Highland Bayou Diversionary Canal on Second Avenue, Hitchcock, Texas.
