Electrical Contractor Services

The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is accepting sealed proposals for Electrical Contractor Services. All questions prior to the closing date shall be in writing and should be directed to by email to procurement@tomballtx.gov. If inquiries are in reference to specific section numbers of the RFP, please reference the section number in the email so that staff can easily address your questions. The deadline for all questions shall be at 4 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 27, 2022. Upon consideration of the qualifications submitted, the City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any submittal, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder's ability to provide the service(s) required and covered by the specifications, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid. During the period between the Request for Proposal, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent's Proposal submittal.
