Description

Request for Qualifications - On - Call Facilities Maintenance Contractor Services The intent of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ" or "Solicitation") is to provide On-Call Facilities Maintenance Contractor Services (the "Services) at the Prince George's Community College in Largo, Maryland. Interested and qualified firms are requested to provide proposals in accordance with the category disciplines, statement of work, and specifications as provided in this Solicitation. The College anticipates awarding multiple vendors for this solicitation. Upon the College's need, the College may contact the awarded vendor/s for additional proposals/quotes for future services. The College anticipates awarding more than one firm; the College may award multiple firms to provide all of partial services. The awarded firms will be issued an initial one (1) year term with four (4) one-year renewal terms the College's sole discretion. Inquiries will receive a written reply/confirmation, submitted inquiries that are not confirmed by the College may not have been received. It is the sole responsibility of potential proposers to ensure inquiries/questions are received for response. Copies of replies will be sent to all other Offerors, but without identification of the inquirer. All such questions and inquiries must be received by the date and time as listed in the Solicitation Schedule of this RFQ. Minority participation is important to PGCC. Prince George's Community College strongly encourages qualified local minority businesses and local business to provide goods and services for the performance of College functions. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) firms are strongly encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
