Description

Sweeping and dirt/debris removal from driveways, parking areas, walking areas, and paved play areas at five of its facilities. The work must be completed during the spring recess between April 17th and April 25th, 2021. The affected areas must be swept completely including areas abutting curbs, guardrails, lawns, fixtures and structures. Interested parties should expect that dirt that had accumulated on lawns and athletic fields may have been swept onto driveway and parking surfaces prior to the April recess. Removal of this material is expected as part of the proposal. Swept up dirt and debris must be disposed of off-site. Contractors submitting proposals must indicate the type of equipment that they propose to use and provide assurances that the contractor has adequate contingencies in the case of equipment malfunction or breakdown. Contractors will be selected on the basis of best overall value.
