Minority and Women Owned Businesses and Section 3 Businesses are encouraged to apply. The Owner invites bids for the asbestos remediation in the crawl space area of the 40's building (building "B"). The work also includes the removal and reinstallation of all the domestic water supply piping, DWV piping, heating piping, and electrical wiring within the crawl space, including a new electric service. The project also includes the construction of two new crawl space access doors, the installation of a crawl space rat slab and vapor barrier. Separate Prime Contracts will be let for: c.
