| Description | The project involves re-roofing existing warehouse three bay two with new Single Ply Membrane Roof-Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing. Plans are attached as Drawings T101, PH-01, A101, A301 and A302. General demolition includes, but is not limited to, removal of flashings, equipment as required, existing TPO where required, etc.to install new TPO roof over existing TPO roofing.
