Description

Connection With the Award of a Contract to Collect and Remove Garbage, Trash and Recyclable Materials in the Town of Waterford. The Contract Shall Be 48 Months in Duration, Commencing on January 1, 2023 and Terminating on December 31, 2026. The Town Board is Requesting That the Bids Be Provided for (1) Town Only Collection, and (2) Town and Village Collection. The Town of Waterford Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Irregularities in Bidding and Accept the Bid That is Best Suited for the Town. No Bids Received May Be Withdrawn by Any Bidder for a Period of Thirty (30) Days From the Date of the Bid Opening.
