US 31 Elk River Bridge Repairs

The Antrim County Road Commission requests bids for the following: US 31: In Elk Rapids Township, at the Elk River. Bridge deck and curb repairs and HMA overlay. Item bid prices shall include all labor, equipment and material to perform work as described in the attached Project Log. Construction shall be in accordance with MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction. All traffic control shall be in accordance with the current MMUTCD. The successful bidder shall enter into a contract with and provided by the road commission and an MDOT form 426. The Antrim County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity or defect in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the opinion of the Road Commission is in the best interest of the county. Project Start Date: September 26, 2022 Project Completion Date: October 28, 2022
