E--Replace 1A and 1B HVAC Admin Bldg

The job consist of all the labor, materials, supplies to replace TWO York Heating and Air Conditioning Systems (Designed 1A and 1B) that serves the Hatchery administrative building Office areas, quality control lab, break room, storage areas and restrooms. The desired outcome is for two operational HVAC zoned systems to provide both heating and cooling by: a. Replacing existing 480Volt HVAC units with similar new HVAC units operating on the same operating voltage, OR b. Installing a new 208Volt HVAC units which shall also include installing new 208/120Volt branch circuits (Circuit breaker and conductors in conduit) for the new replacement HVAC Systems. Perform operational/commissioning HVAC check-out. Also, approximately six months after acceptance an additional operational inspection, whether heating during the dead of summer or cooling in the middle of winter, are functioning the way they should.
