Clark Elementary - Building Envelope Repair

Provide preventative maintenance and repair work to several different elements of the school building envelope. The work will consist of (but not necessarily limited to) the following: 1. Repaint exposed section of steel lintels. 2. Repaint existing exterior handrails. 3. Repaint portico soffit. 4. Expansion joint replacement. 5. Repair concrete flatwork around columns at side entrance. 6. Replace section of EDPM roof. 7. Select brickwork and masonry repairs. 8. Concrete window sill replacement. 9. Replace select guttering and downspouts. 10. Replace missing PVC window trim. 11. Select steel lintel repair. 12. Waterproof sub ground exterior wall at inner courtyard. 13. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, 14. Thorough cleaning of the project site.
