| Description | As of March 14, 2023, project was awarded, start date is on May and will be completed within 3 to 4 months. **As of February 27,2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded Monday 2/27.** All bidders must furnish with their bids a Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 10% of the total bid payable to the Noble County Board of Commissioners. A combination Bid/Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total price will be acceptable. All bids shall be on the appropriate forms, completely filled out, signed and bound with the contract documents. No bid may be withdrawn, after the opening of the bids, for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time of opening the bids.
