Description

The scope of this project includes the widening and resurfacing of 6th Avenue/Mill Creek Road in in Graceville, Florida from Pine Street to State Road 2 for a total project length of 0.92 miles. Included in this project is hotmix asphalt paving along with isolated roadway reconstruction, excavation, base work, shoulder rework, ditch grading, clearing and grubbing and grassing. Drainage improvements are also included consisting of crossdrain pipe culvert replacements along with concrete endwalls and ditch bottom inlets. Sidedrain culvert improvements are also included along with the construction of concrete mitered end sections. Signing and Pavement Marking improvements are also included along with the placement of Thermoplastic markings on the final asphalt surface. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference For RFP Engineering- 6th Avenue / Mill Creek Road Resurfacing Project The City of Graceville is seeking civil engineering services relating to the design of improvements for the 6th Avenue/Mill Creek Road Resurfacing Project. The scope of this project will include the surveying, design, and permitting (if applicable) to complete infrastructure improvements and resurfacing of Mill Creek Road from Pine Street to State Road 2 within the City Limits of Florida as identified in the City's Local Agency Participation contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law and that have been prequalified by FDOT to perform the indicated types of work. Work Types: 3.1 Minor Highway Design By submitting a proposal, the Consultant certifies that they are in compliance with FDOT Procedure No. 375-030-006 (Restriction on Consultants Eligibility to Compete for Department Contracts) and that no principle is presently suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation on this transaction by any Federal Department or Agency.
