| Description | City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for the Haskell Pond Dam Shooting Range Soil Berm Removal Project. The scope of work consists of site setup and preparation, demolition and processing of the concrete shooting range track, in-situ stabilization of lead-impacted soils, excavation, loading and hauling and off-site management of approximately 1,000 cy of soil. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Prevailing Wages apply, bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason |
