Road Materials

The Hanover Township Trustees, Ashland County Ohio, will accept bids for the following road materials: Bids for 25,000 gallons (more or less) MC3000 Oil should be submitted: Price per gallon for the application of both oil and stone. Price per gallon shall include hauling and applying the liquid, hauling, spreading, and rolling the stone. Must have the capability of spreading stone and oil in 20 foot widths. The stone will be hauled from Young s Sand and Gravel. All spreading shall be done by self-propelled chip spreader and rolled with a rubber tire roller. All materials must meet state specification. The bid shall be for all necessary services, labor and equipment to seal various sections of Hanover Twp. Roads. All bids for applied materials should be accompanied by proof of insurance and a copy of the bidder s Workers Compensation Certificate. All bids should be accompanied by a certificate of liability insurance naming the township as an additional insured. The trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
