1 Gutter Modification - North Gutter: Re-slope the gutter towards the East (rear yard). Block off the existing downspout with color matched metal, and sealant. Relocate the downspout to the East end of the gutter, and direct the discharge to grade, and into the back yard with extensions, and a splash block. 2 Sump Crock and Partial Drain Tile System: Install a sump crock and partial drain tile system located only at the walls starting at the Northwest corner of the basement, and extending along the length of the North wall. (Do not disturb concrete flooring near the wall bracing posts.) The sump pump is to discharge to grade, a minimum of 6' into the backyard. All work shall be code compliant 3 Electrical Outlet: Install a new GFCI protected outlet and dedicated circuit for the new sump pump 4 Dryer Vent: Replace the flexi-tube dryer vent with a solid walled, galvanized vent pipe 5 Sump Crock and Complete Drain Tile System: Install a sump crock and complete drain tile system at all perimeters of the basement of the basement, and extending along the length of the North wall. re-secure the wall bracing posts into the new concrete floor slab. The sump pump is to discharge to grade, a minimum of 6' into the backyard. All work shall be code compliant. Note: If this alternate is accepted, work item.
