Description

Concrete Structural Repairs: Contractor will provide all equipment, materials, and labor to accomplish concrete structural stabilization and repairs at a single facility located at the NIST Campus, Boulder, CO. The scope of the requirement includes, but not limited to: repair of five structural columns, install crack monitor, remove and reconstruct beams and columns, rehabilitate concrete waffle deck, beams, columns, and walls; clean and paint metal conduit chase, and rehabilitate concrete surfaces and provide protective coating on elevation surfaces.
