Description

Generally consists of pavement maintenance on several roads located within the Township of Elizabeth. Work includes, but is not limited to, the milling of existing bituminous pavements, resurfacing and overlay, all excavation, grade adjustments, and final restoration. Base repair is included in the Contract as an allowance only to be used when required for proper installation of binder and wearing courses.
