The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Base Bid Milling and resurfacing, spot curb, sidewalk and driveway replacement, ADA curb ramp upgrades, installation of curb pieces and bicycle safe grates, tree removals, and other incidentals at the following locations: Lake Drive (Forest Ave. to School) Dogwood Road (Ackerman Ave. to #2 Sycamore Ct.) Sycamore Court (Dogwood Rd. to #2 Dogwood Rd.) 4th Avenue (Mill St. to End.) Pine Street (3rd Ave. to 4th Ave.) Ward Avenue (4th Ave. to Border) Steinbach Place (Forest Ave. to Cardinal Ln.) Maple Avenue (Kinderkamack Rd. to End north side only) McDaniels Street (Emerson Rd. to Kaufman Dr.) Passmore Street (Emerson Rd. to Kaufman Dr.) Alternate Bid -Milling and resurfacing, spot curb and sidewalk improvements, installation of curb pieces and bicycle safe grates, tree removals and other incidentals at the following locations: O`Donnell Street (Emerson Rd. to Kaufman Dr.) Grand Street (Broadway to Kinderkamack Rd.) HMA Milling, 3" Or Less 700 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course 135 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick 620 L.F. 9" X 18" Concrete Vertical Curb
