Construction of New Head Start Building

Construction of a new head start building to be located adjacent to the existing head start facility located at 200 Pfeiffer Ave., Kirksville, MO. The project consists of a new 3700 sf building containing class rooms, toilet rooms, mechanical room, storage rooms, staff offices, and kitchen. Contractors shall submit bids with references for all work under one contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Final contract will be awarded by CAPNEMO after the bids are received and reviewed. Prevailing Wage 1. All Contracts for the Construction will be subject Prevailing Wage. Wage rates will be included with the project manual. 2. The Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements the Missouri Department of Labor.
