Description

DCAMM Certificate Required Renovations and a small addition to the existing Belmonte School located at 25 Dow Street in Saugus, MA. The existing school is concrete construction with two- and three-story wings and is approximately 155,000 sq. ft. Scope includes, but is not limited to, site work, including paving, landscape, utility work and play area. A small addition will be constructed to provide a new accessible entrance and stair. Interior renovations include new administrative offices and classrooms. Upgrades to major program spaces include gym, library and cafeteria. Scope includes select replacement of systems and new systems in renovated areas, new finishes and painting throughout.
