Keystone Tennis Court and Sidewalk Lighting

As of April 12 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Keystone Tennis Court Lighting Project includes removal of existing Musco tennis court lights and sidewalk lights, and installation of new tennis court lights and reused sidewalk lights. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond payable to the River Forest Park District for not less than five (5) percent of the total bid amount will be required for each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for the total Contract Amount. The successful bidder will also be required to execute AIA Form A101 - 2017 as the contract between the parties. In all work performed under this Contract, the Contractor and all of its subcontractors shall comply with the current provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Sections 39s-1 et seq.
