Remove existing roofing and replace with SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane (hot asphalt mop grade or cold process applied), TPO or EPDM Roof including insulation system consistent with selected roofing systems manufacturers specifications. Remove existing roofing in its entirety including chimney, wall, stack and vent flashings. b. Clean and prep deck to selected roofing systems manufacturers specifications. c. Install insulation system compatible with selected roofing systems manufacturers’ specifications. d. Incorporate tapered insulation sump at internal drain to selected roofing systems manufacturers specifications. Incorporate insulation diamond and half diamond gusset between internal drains and scupper drains as applicable. e. Install roof consistent with selected roofing systems manufacturers’ specifications. f. All roof flashing will be terminated to selected manufacturers specifications. g. All soil stack pipes and other roof penetrations, pitch pockets etc. must be flashed to selected roofing systems manufacturers’ specifications. h. All work must meet standards and specifications of selected roofing system. i. Job site must be kept safe, neat and orderly respective of residents of the site and community. j. Dumpster/trash receptacle must be securely covered at work day’s end.
